What Is the Longevity Score?

Your Longevity Score is a personalized metric that reflects how well your lifestyle aligns with the latest longevity science. Rather than simply measuring your chronological age, it assesses your biological age and health trajectory based on behaviors, biomarkers, and habits across six evidence-based pillars.

Think of it as your health report card—a snapshot of where you are today and a roadmap for where you can go. Scores range from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating stronger longevity potential.

How Your Score Is Calculated

Step 1: Profile Assessment

When you complete your LIV profile, you provide information across multiple dimensions including current habits, lifestyle factors, and health goals.

Step 2: Pillar Scoring

Each pillar receives a subscore from 0 to 100 based on:

  • Current behaviors and habits
  • Consistency and adherence
  • Evidence-based benchmarks
  • Age-appropriate expectations

The Formula

Longevity Score = (Movement × 0.20) + (Nutrition × 0.20) + (Sleep × 0.18) + (Mental × 0.15) + (Healthcare × 0.15) + (Supplements × 0.12)

Each pillar subscore is multiplied by its weight, then summed

Step 3: Continuous Refinement

Your score isn't static. As you engage with daily nudges and update your profile, LIV recalculates your score to reflect real changes in your habits.
